Job Brief:
A highly motivated and results-oriented HSE Officer is required for a project in Abu Dhabi. The role demands a strong background in safety management systems, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The HSE Officer will report to the Project Manager and will not have direct reportees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain safety procedures for projects, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Perform risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all site personnel.
• Monitor site activities through regular inspections and audits to enforce safety standards.
• Keep detailed records of all safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve safety procedures and practices.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety laws and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain an ISO-certified Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System.
• Promote a strong safety culture by emphasizing safety awareness at every organizational level.
