Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, MEP Contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive sales activities, achieving and exceeding set sales targets within the specified territory.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, offering solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline management.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong academic performance in 12th Standard, especially in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • 5 to 7 years of UAE/GCC experience.
  • Established relationships with Consultants/MEP Contractors, demonstrating excellent networking skills.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and assertive in achieving sales targets.
  • Comprehensive technical background in heating systems, boilers, and related power equipment.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in quickly establishing and nurturing effective relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with adept problem-solving skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Indian male candidates are required for this role.
