Admin Executive

Work Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Help set up meetings, conferences, and appointments; prepare the agenda and take notes during the meetings.
  • Keep filing systems (both electronic and paper) organized and updated for easy access.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Work with suppliers to handle office supplies, repairs, and services.
  • Help with onboarding new employees, including welcoming them and preparing necessary documents.
  • Ensure that company rules and legal requirements are followed.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Emirati/UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Female candidates will only be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
