Job Brief:
We're seeking an experienced Analyzer Supervisor to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will supervise a team of analyzer technicians, provide guidance and support, and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of analytical equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of analyzer technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of analytical equipment.
  • Oversee installation, setup, and commissioning of new analytical instruments and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections, calibrations, and repairs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical instruments.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with analytical equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Prepare monthly maintenance reports and ensure the availability of process analyzers.
  • Handle on-call jobs to ensure smooth operations of process analyzers.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and regulations while working on client sites.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
Job Requirements:
  • Engineering or Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in online analyzer maintenance in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of permit work systems, WMS systems, and applicable codes, policies, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of analyzer communication and data management systems is an added advantage.
  • Experience with SAP systems and knowledge of analytical instrumentation are preferred.
