- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, shipping partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Attend seminars, webinars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends in the shipping and logistics industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the logistics team, fostering team-building and an empowerment culture.
- Analyze global macroeconomic trends to anticipate supply chain challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
