Job Summary: The role will ensure all business development opportunities are optimized by overseeing and utilizing market research and analysis and developing business plans/recommendations, including all associated costs and forecasted revenue for the Company’s global portfolio in the Middle East and GCC region.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the Logistics industry within the Middle East and GCC region.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and recommendations, including cost analysis and revenue forecasts, to optimize business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management team to present findings and recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.
- Oversee the implementation of business strategies and initiatives to enhance the Company's global portfolio in the specified region.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans, including Logistics operations, support functions, and information systems.
- Act as a strong negotiator in business deals, contracts, and partnerships to achieve favorable terms and outcomes.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail in all aspects of commercial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities for the Company.
- Represent the company professionally in external meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote business growth and establish strategic partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency in business dealings.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship and guidance to team members as necessary.
