Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee all operations and drive business success in our client’s Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a customer-centric environment. This role demands strategic thinking and a commitment to achieving sales and profitability targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational aspects, including operations, customer service, warehousing, administration, and sales.
  • Achieve a monthly gross profit target of 2.5 times the gross salary.
  • Maximize branch profitability through exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of client issues.
  • Ensure customer contract requirements are fully understood and utilized to meet business expectations.
  • Develop financial objectives, forecasts, and business plans for the branch.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set departmental goals and strategies.
  • Manage branch budgets and allocate funds effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement, propose corrective measures, and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain effective safety practices and programs.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Manager in logistics or freight forwarding with operational and commercial success.
  • 3+ years of experience as a branch manager
  • Strong operational expertise in logistics and freight services, particularly with multinational client accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE customs rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in modern management practices and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability for immediate joining.
