Job Summary:
The Brand Manager is responsible for building and executing brand strategies that resonate within specific cultural contexts, tailored to European and/or Arabic-speaking markets. This role involves maintaining brand alignment with global goals while ensuring cultural relevance in messaging, campaigns, and market presence. The Brand Manager will work cross-functionally to drive growth, build brand loyalty, and increase market share in these regions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement tailored brand strategies for European or Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in these regions.
  • Adapt brand messaging to appeal to cultural and language-specific nuances.

2. Brand Positioning and Identity:
  • Maintain brand positioning, voice, and identity consistency, while ensuring regional relevance.
  • Customize visuals, messaging, and tone to align with regional cultural contexts.

3. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, perceptions, and cultural insights.
  • Track regional trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust branding strategies for European and Arabic-speaking markets.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to create cohesive and culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies specializing in European or Arabic markets as needed.
  • Lead creative teams to develop region-specific content.

5. Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns in European and/or Arabic regions.
  • Track performance metrics, optimize strategies, and ensure campaigns align with regional KPIs.

6. Brand Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze brand health metrics (e.g., awareness, loyalty) in target regions, reporting to stakeholders.
  • Implement strategic actions to address regional brand performance needs.

7. Budget Management:
  • Manage regional brand marketing budgets for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably with exposure to European or Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Food industry experience is required.
  • Fluent in English and either a European or Arabic language.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-cultural understanding.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media trends in the specified regions.
