Job Brief:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s team in the Water Treatment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the UAE and regional markets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and business development progress.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. A Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry or Environmental Studies is also acceptable.
  • 2-3 years of proven sales or business development experience is preferred, however, the role is also open to considering freshers who meet the educational requirement.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the Water Treatment industry will be a plus.
  • Nationality: Moroccan
