We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team remotely and contribute to our growth by generating new business and building strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment services.
  • Understand client needs and match them with our contingency model.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Client Interaction and Onboarding:
  • Present our services and address client needs after initial contact.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients until they are successfully signed on.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of new clients to the Business Manager for ongoing relations.
Relationship Building:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through regular contact and follow-ups.
  • Build a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Represent Agile Consultants at industry events, networking functions, and meetings.
Performance and Targets:
  • Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition.
  • Track and report on progress, client interactions, and pipeline developments.
  • Continuously refine and improve business development strategies based on feedback and results.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to understand client hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events as required.
  • Experience in cold calling and email outreach.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Driven to meet and exceed targets.
