Job Brief:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with expertise in sales within the steel manufacturing industry. This role focuses on fostering relationships with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's solutions. Regular meetings with consultants and contractors are a key part of this role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction sector.
  • Visit project sites, understand client needs, and negotiate contracts to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present offers to clients while managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Foster supplier relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze the market to identify opportunities and drive market share growth within the UAE.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor payments, update client databases, and generate comprehensive sales reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and establish new connections.
Job Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of sales experience within the steel / building materials industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, specifically in steel solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong contacts and a well-established network within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a commercial mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and oversee projects.
