Regular meetings with consultants and contractors are a key part of this role.
Job Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction sector.
- Visit project sites, understand client needs, and negotiate contracts to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present offers to clients while managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Foster supplier relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and drive market share growth within the UAE.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor payments, update client databases, and generate comprehensive sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and establish new connections.
