Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our client base within the oil and gas sector, focusing on drilling rig companies and associated service providers. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge, contacts, and technical expertise to identify opportunities, address client challenges, and deliver tailored engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with offshore drilling companies such as Shelf Drilling, Arabian Drilling, ADNOC Drilling, and Gulf Drilling International.
  • Identify potential clients in related sectors, including engineering solution providers, oilfield equipment manufacturers, and logistics companies.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand operational challenges and offer customized engineering solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, particularly within the oil and gas sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of washpipes, mud pumps, and other drilling equipment.
  • Strong network of contacts within the drilling rigs sector and associated service providers.
  • Indian nationals preferred.
