Job Brief:
Agile Consultants, a leading recruitment and staffing agency in the UAE, is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in business development within the recruitment field.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development team in identifying and generating new client leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Update and maintain client databases, ensuring accuracy in all contact information and communication details.
  • Clearly communicate Agile Consultants' value proposition, understand client needs, and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities through telesales efforts.
  • Manage follow-up communications with prospective clients to build relationships and convert leads.
  • Prepare and submit detailed client interaction reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Must be a recent graduate on a parent's sponsorship visa.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
