Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and establish a strong foothold in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively promote specialized environmental and engineering services.

Main Services The Candidate Will Promote and Sell:
  • Environmental and social impact assessment studies
  • Marine and Terrestrial ecology surveys
  • Environmental Construction Compliance Supervision
  • Ecological restoration projects
  • Mangroves reforestation
  • Oil pollution cleanup solutions
  • Coral reef and seagrass restoration
  • Carbon credits accreditation & certification

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and expand market presence in the UAE.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and government entities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs and market demands.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote services.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and pipeline development.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Ecology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within environmental consulting or engineering services.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
