Job Brief:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue across a variety of products, services, and digital solutions. This role requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts in the UAE market to achieve overall revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily sales activities including conducting calls, demonstrations, creating proposals, and maintaining prospect activity in the sales cycle.
  • Manage sales cycles and territories using company-provided tools and techniques to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to meet revenue and gross profit objectives across products, services, and solutions.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, and technology updates, and share relevant information with customers.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer service and satisfaction through effective relationship management.
  • Utilize sales tools to promote the company's products, services, and solutions.
  • Regularly review sales activities to ensure alignment with targets.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Diploma in Sales.
  • Strong understanding of technology principles and local market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including sales reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and execution skills.
  • Results-driven and highly motivated.
