Business Development & Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the holiday home sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate owners, local businesses, and tourism boards.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote holiday homes through various channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create engaging promotional materials.
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of holiday homes, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage property maintenance and housekeeping teams, ensuring timely and quality services.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Financial Management:
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for holiday home operations.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and operations, preferably in the concierge services, hospitality, or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of holiday home rental markets and trends, rules, and regulations in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
