Job Brief:
We are seeking a CCR Executive to oversee plant operations and ensure optimal performance while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in DCS operations for Kiln, VRM, RP, and Ball Mill within a cement plant environment, with a strong focus on equipment reliability and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the DCS system for Kiln, VRM, RP, and Ball Mill to ensure smooth plant operation.
Ensure all QC norms are followed at each stage of production.
Perform trend analysis, monitor interlocks, and troubleshoot process issues.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Supervise shutdown activities and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Maintain shift log reports and document operational performance.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a production role within a cement factory.
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or BSc in Chemistry.
Strong knowledge of CCR operations, process equipment, and interlocks.
Experience in cement industry operations (preferably white cement).
Understanding of safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong communication skills for internal coordination.
Effective time management skills.
