Job Brief:
Our client in the civil and construction industry is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the day-to-day execution of construction projects.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local safety regulations and compliance guidelines.
Lead and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth project progress.
Act as a point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure project alignment.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience within the UAE.
Strong capabilities in site management, coordination, and execution.
Proven track record of leading site teams and managing subcontractors.
Excellent understanding of UAE construction regulations, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
