Job Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
Design and develop structural plans for various construction projects, adhering to client requirements and industry standards.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for detailed designs, layouts, and technical drawings.
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, safety codes, and quality standards.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to resolve construction-related issues.
Develop project budgets and ensure cost control by monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
Conduct regular financial reviews and report progress to stakeholders.
Ensure projects comply with local building regulations, safety codes, and environmental guidelines.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to maintain compliance.

Job Requirements:

8-11 years of professional experience in civil engineering or project management within the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools.
In-depth knowledge of safety codes, building regulations, and construction standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
PMP certification or similar qualification is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A Master’s degree or additional certifications in construction management is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
