Job Brief:The Corporate Service Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their business needs, and promoting the company’s corporate services. The role requires expertise in corporate structuring, administrative services, and business consulting to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their corporate service needs.
- Promote the company’s business solutions and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Expand relationships with referral agents and acquire new clients.
- Onboard new clients efficiently through various channels.
- Understand key clients' businesses and industry positioning.
- Handle new client requests, order modifications, and complaints professionally.
- Develop trust-based relationships with major clients.
- Identify and propose solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
- Attend client meetings and present service offerings effectively.
- Negotiate contracts for PRO, administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting services.
- Act as the main communication link between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure service quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Analyze and identify client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update the company’s CRM system.
- Provide reports on client progress, goals, and opportunities.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the organization.
