Job Responsibilities:

Provide the technicians and operators with instructions and directions, to guide and support the technicians about troubleshooting, repairing methods, efficiency, and service quality.
Assign and instruct technicians on on-site jobs and breakdowns.
Follow-up with onsite and breakdown calls.
Ensure all the jobs are carried out by technicians as per manufacturer recommendation and the right parts are used.
Control of maintenance protocol and field service report and to take corrective & preventive action as and when a deviation is found.
Responsible for daily planning of workshops.
Follow up on pending parts.
Ensures that customer-commissioned services are carried out so that customer expectations and requirements are met. Test the Crane/Equipment before sending it to the customer site.
Inspection and test of off-hired machines.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Cranes and more than 5 years of experience as a Foreman/Supervisor.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Gender: Male.
Good English verbal and written communication skills.
