Job Responsibilities:- Sales Order Management: Prepare and process sales orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely task completion and issue resolution.
- ERP and CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or other ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
- Customer Insights & Reporting: Analyze customer needs, feedback, market competition, and identify opportunities for new products.
- Process & System Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency enhancement, propose solutions, and support implementation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address queries, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
