Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer needs.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Job Requirements: - Emirati/UAE National with a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
