Job Brief:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries and provide support to clients throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience with the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on client cases.
  • Maintain client records and update the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Assist clients with the preparation and submission of documents required for business setup.
  • Follow up with clients on pending documents, payments, and status updates.
  • Guide clients through the full business setup process and ensure all steps are completed smoothly.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and issues for management review.
  • Support the team in organizing client appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
  • Stay updated with changes in freezone policies and regulations to accurately advise clients.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to measure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Promote additional services and packages based on client needs.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
