Job Brief:We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries and provide support to clients throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience with the organization.
Job Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly.
- Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on client cases.
- Maintain client records and update the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build sustainable relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of documents required for business setup.
- Follow up with clients on pending documents, payments, and status updates.
- Guide clients through the full business setup process and ensure all steps are completed smoothly.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and issues for management review.
- Support the team in organizing client appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
- Stay updated with changes in freezone policies and regulations to accurately advise clients.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to measure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Promote additional services and packages based on client needs.
