Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist to drive online sales growth and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will manage online stores, optimize product listings, and implement effective e-commerce strategies to improve customer experience and boost revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.).
Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to increase visibility and conversion rates.
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and social media ads.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and product pages.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock shortages.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide customer support as needed to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are preferred.
Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
