Job Responsibilities:

Plan and travel to client locations in foreign countries (MENA and Africa) to gather market information and assess customer needs.
Inspect vehicle conditions and document customer feedback.
Provide technical solutions for customer or dealer requests and resolve sales/aftersales issues.
Prepare reports for internal and external Engineering departments in English.
Develop realistic plans for model lineups or special product introductions.
Must have experience with cars or trucks, or a strong interest in trucks.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the automotive industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); and Advanced Excel (Macro programming) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with online meeting tools such as MS Teams.
Willingness to take on and learn new tasks with enthusiasm.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) are required. Fluency in French is an added advantage.
Logical mindset (understanding of FMEA and FTA).
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
Open to candidates residing outside of the UAE.
