Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for glass and aluminum projects by analyzing architectural drawings and project specifications.
Review tender documents, project plans, and technical drawings to determine the scope of work.
Utilize AutoCAD and Orga data software to perform precise take-offs and calculations for materials, labor, and timelines.
Collaborate with the sales and project teams to provide accurate pricing for bids and proposals.
Ensure all estimates are submitted on time and in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle, providing adjustments as needed.
Maintain records of all project estimates and ensure documentation is accurate and well-organized.
Assist in negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring that project costs are optimized.

Job Requirements:

Technical or engineering background is essential.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and project specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Orga data software.
1-2 years of experience in the glass and aluminum industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
