Plant Operations Executive (CCR – Central Control Room)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for smooth plant operation with optimum performance and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental norms are being followed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ability to operate plant from DCS (Kiln, VRM, RP, Ball mill). Dynamic in console operation with a focus on equipment reliability.
  • Sound knowledge of CCR operation, Interlocks, and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to operation is a must.
  • Ensure all QC norms are understood and implemented at each stage.
  • Ensure smooth full plant operation with a focus on equipment reliability.
  • Must have sound knowledge of operation and troubleshooting/ RCA.
  • Ability to supervise shutdown jobs.
  • Prepare Shift Log reports.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma Chemical Engineering/B.Sc. Chemistry
  • Production and operations role in a cement factory.
  • Process knowledge of different equipment in the cement industry. Preferably White cement.
  • Communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time management skills.
