Job Brief:
A leading glass and aluminum manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Factory In-charge to manage its day-to-day operations. The role requires overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality, managing inventory, and leading the team to meet production goals efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in factory management, specifically in glass and aluminum manufacturing, and will play a critical role in driving operational success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and staff management.
• Oversee production to ensure products meet both quality and quantity targets.
• Manage inventory, ensuring raw materials and finished products are available and well-organized.
• Implement and monitor quality control systems for glass and aluminum production.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Foster continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing production processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of materials and services.

Job Requirements:

• Years of experience: Minimum 7 years in factory management, with experience in glass and aluminum manufacturing.
• Educational qualifications: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Certifications: Any relevant industry certifications related to production or safety are an advantage.
• Other requirements: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; knowledge of safety regulations.
• Open to candidates with abroad experience.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Age: 30 – 45 preferred.
