Job Brief:
Our client is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of stainless steel products by engaging directly with shop owners. This role requires an individual with strong sales skills and an understanding of the home décor and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales and a passion for developing relationships to expand the company’s market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to shop owners and retailers to promote and sell stainless steel products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's retail network.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a sales role.
Experience in selling tiles or other home décor products is preferred.
A UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Candidate must be open to working out of Dubai or Sharjah location as per business needs.
South Indian candidates preferred for better communication efficiency with the customer base.
