Our client is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant / Project Manager with expertise in Business Central. The ideal candidate must possess a CA qualification and have in-depth knowledge of Business Central’s full functionality, including experience with manufacturing processes and trading activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, upgrade, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and design customized solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Business Central to improve efficiency.
• Manage and monitor system performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards for better decision-making.
• Assist users with day-to-day system operations and troubleshooting.
• Provide functional training to users and guide them on best practices.
• Perform gap analysis to identify system improvements.
• Manage system extensions and updates to ensure smooth functionality.
• Work with developers to create and modify APIs, workflows, and automations.
• Use Agile project management and Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time.
• Streamline processes across departments to save time and reduce errors.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with business policies.
• Support and manage internal apps, websites, and hosting environments.
