As the first point of contact for the visitors and exhibitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and directing them to the experience center. This role demands strong organizational abilities and effective people management skills to ensure that our visitors enjoy a seamless experience from their arrival to their departure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with visitors in the exhibition area, encouraging them to visit our client’s office.
• Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that draws both visitors and exhibitors to the company’s demonstration.
• Distribute brochures and actively engage with visitors to promote the company’s offerings.
• Be adaptable and open to adopting new techniques or activities as needed.
• Provide precise wait times and manage the waiting list effectively.
• Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries as required.
• Oversee the flow of visitors to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
