Job Responsibilities:1. Talent Management & Organizational Development:- Lead talent, leadership, and team planning processes such as succession planning, leadership development, and annual organizational readiness.
- Coach and support leaders in building effective teams and fostering a people-oriented culture.
- Champion individual development planning and career mapping for high-potential employees.
- Guide the implementation of continuous improvement practices and change management strategies.
2. Training & Development:- Facilitate onboarding orientation and departmental training coordination.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop the annual training calendar.
- Source and manage external training programs and in-house training sessions.
- Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with audit standards.
3. Employee Performance Management:- Create and update competency frameworks and KPIs for all roles.
- Conduct performance evaluations in collaboration with department heads.
- Assist in gap analysis, succession planning, and individual development plans.
- Consolidate reports on performance and training progress.
4. Rewards & Recognition:- Develop and implement employee rewards and recognition programs aimed at improving productivity, retention, and job satisfaction.
5. Change Management:- Design and execute change management plans including feedback analysis and corrective actions.
6. Food Safety:- Lead food safety-related training and compliance, including internal and external audits.
7. HR & Admin Team Support:- Oversee HR & Admin functions in the absence of the department manager.
- Prepare reports, support strategic initiatives, and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.
