HSEQ Engineer

Work Timing: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) | 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Friday)

Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for specific Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) tasks within all relevant areas and contributing and supporting matters of expertise to ensure that the business operates safely within applicable current regulations. This position reports to the HSEQ Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to comply with legal and HSEQ Management System.
• Develop, manage, and coordinate HSE documentation and records.
• Contribute and coordinate HSEQ with the Operations team and element owners.
• Active participation in HSE audits and inspections, maintaining and improving the HSEQ and ISO system documents, and ensuring audit actions are carried out as required.
• Ensure that assigned relevant internal and legal documentation is updated, in compliance , and implemented at the site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s of Engineering in the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) or Diploma with NEBOSH - IGC Certification or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-3 years in the HSE field.
• Effective communication.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Discipline with high self-responsibility.
• Commitment and dedication.
• Nationality: Emirati/UAE National.
