Job Brief:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role involves leading a team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficiency within the team.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Enforce health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of all orders.
Train and mentor warehouse employees to enhance their skills and productivity.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Experience working with ERP systems.
Familiarity with lean warehouse practices or Six Sigma methodologies.
Background in retail, e-commerce inventory management, and logistics.
