Job Brief:
Our client, a leading joinery and fit-out company specializing in villa projects, is seeking an experienced Joinery Draftsman to create detailed shop drawings, elevations, and technical documents for custom woodwork and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience in joinery and fit-out drafting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, elevations, and sectional views for joinery and fit-out projects.
  • Interpret architectural and interior design plans to develop precise technical drawings.
  • Ensure drawings comply with client specifications, materials, and fabrication techniques.
  • Specify appropriate construction materials, finishes, and hardware for joinery elements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and workshop fabricators for design execution.
  • Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and site teams.
  • Maintain accuracy in dimensions, materials, and construction details to avoid rework.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in joinery and fit-out projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
  • Experience in preparing shop drawings, elevations, and sectional views for villas.
  • In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills for project coordination.
  • Diploma or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
