Job Brief:We are seeking a highly skilled Joinery Manager with strong leadership, technical expertise, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will oversee joinery production, installation, and business development efforts. This role requires a balance of operational management and client relationship-building to drive business growth and project success.
Job Responsibilities:Operations & Project Management:- Oversee the joinery production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion of projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all joinery operations, including fabrication, assembly, and installation.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, craftsmen, and production staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, procurement, and supplier relationships.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet industry standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
Sales & Business Development:- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and tenders for joinery projects.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue growth for the company.
- Identify market trends and client needs to tailor offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company’s services and secure new projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients and suppliers.
