Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly skilled Joinery Manager with strong leadership, technical expertise, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will oversee joinery production, installation, and business development efforts. This role requires a balance of operational management and client relationship-building to drive business growth and project success.

Job Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management:
  • Oversee the joinery production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion of projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all joinery operations, including fabrication, assembly, and installation.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, craftsmen, and production staff.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, procurement, and supplier relationships.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet industry standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and tenders for joinery projects.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue growth for the company.
  • Identify market trends and client needs to tailor offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company’s services and secure new projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience within UAE in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the joinery sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of woodworking materials, machinery, and production techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the joinery industry.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and project planning.
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
