Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly skilled Joinery Manager with strong leadership, technical expertise, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will oversee joinery production, installation, and business development efforts. This role requires a balance of operational management and client relationship-building to drive business growth and project success.

Job Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management:

Oversee the joinery production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion of projects.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all joinery operations, including fabrication, assembly, and installation.
Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, craftsmen, and production staff.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, procurement, and supplier relationships.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet industry standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency.

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and tenders for joinery projects.
Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue growth for the company.
Identify market trends and client needs to tailor offerings accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company’s services and secure new projects.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience within UAE in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out industry.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the joinery sector.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of woodworking materials, machinery, and production techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the joinery industry.
Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and project planning.
Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
Nationality: Indian preferred
