Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer specializing in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to contribute to our diverse trading and multi-tasking business in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors. The role involves technical, commercial, and logistical coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend Customer Calls, receive inquiries, evaluate them, and liaise with principals and suppliers to prepare the offer.
Submit Official Offer to Customers.
Assist in preparing Purchase Order to suppliers.
Liaise with the accounts team to prepare Performa Invoice / Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Review of Financial Document (L/C).
Coordinate with logistics companies and forwarders to manage all activities of import/export.
Perform Material Quality Verification (Certificate / Dimensional / Functional).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, attested by UAE authorities.
Industrial field education with knowledge of valves, pipes, fittings, or flanges in O&G/Petrochem fields.
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and spoken English.
Willingness to learn new products, sales, and logistics.
Travel-ready when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Arabic language skills.
Technical knowledge of valves, pipes, and fittings.
Knowledge in digital marketing.
Valid UAE driving license.
Residence in Ajman or Sharjah would be preferred.
