Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer specializing in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to contribute to our diverse trading and multi-tasking business in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors. The role involves technical, commercial, and logistical coordination.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer calls, receive inquiries, evaluate them, and liaise with principals and suppliers to prepare offers.
  • Submit official offers to customers and assist in negotiations.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Liaise with the accounts team to prepare Performa Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and review financial documents (L/C).
  • Coordinate with logistics companies and forwarders to manage all import/export activities.
  • Perform material quality verification (certificate, dimensional, functional).
  • Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Prepare reports, technical documentation, and project updates.
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, attested by UAE authorities.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy industry.
  • Industrial Field Knowledge: Familiarity with valves, pipes, fittings, or flanges in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to learn new products, sales, and logistics.
  • Travel-ready when required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Arabic language skills.
  • Technical knowledge of valves, pipes, and fittings.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Residence in Ajman or Sharjah would be preferred.
