Our client is looking to hire a Key Account Executive HORECA – Key Accounts (4&5 stars hotels, airline companies, catering companies, and Golf Clubs) – sales department with experience in FMCG industries.
Job Summary:Develop/secure new business opportunities with key accounts (Hotels, Airline companies, Catering companies, and Golf Clubs) within the territory/market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance-related CDAs to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel.
Job Responsibilities:Working with the Special Accounts Manager to Develop Account Plans - Develop account-specific business plans and measure performance against set standards (presence, product, promotions, pricing, volume, CDA compliance, and product mix).
- Conduct business reviews with key customers.
- Establish negotiate/ regular meetings and lock plans into CDA in line with company policies and budget.
Communicating with the Customers and Monitoring Performance- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Manage the CDA fund for the assigned accounts.
- Monitor accounts performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where appropriate.
Reporting and Analysis- Implement new strategies, develop the brand, and negotiate the deals with the accounts.
- Conduct business reviews for the key accounts, and prepare the contracts and P&Ls.
