Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support our operations by providing powder-coated panels, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient coordination with internal teams and customers. The role involves maintaining lab equipment, assisting walk-in customers, and coordinating timely sample deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and provide powder-coated panels as per sales requests.
  • Maintain inventory of display panels and related materials, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
  • Communicate effectively with the Sales and Customer Service Department and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support.
  • Maintain lab equipment through efficient housekeeping practices.
  • Assist walk-in customers, accompanied by Sales or Customer Service, by providing powder-coated panels and related support.
  • Coordinate sample panel couriers and ensure timely delivery to clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Years of experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Powder Coatings Lab.
  • High Diploma Education Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Takes initiative, makes things happen, and accepts responsibility for results.
  • Adopts a methodical and systematic approach, plans ahead, defines priorities, and allocates resources effectively.
  • Creates a stable and reassuring work atmosphere, supports and encourages the team during challenging times, and remains firm and reliable.
  • Communicates clearly, precisely, and confidently; presents effectively.
  • Cooperates well with others, shares knowledge and experience, and supports team goals.
