Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Analyzer Technician to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and troubleshooting refinery laboratory analyzer equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced oil & gas environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of refinery laboratory analyzers, including PAC, Agilent GC, and XRF systems.
  • Diagnose and repair breakdowns of laboratory equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure laboratory analyzers operate within optimal parameters by implementing quality control measures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working on client sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities.
  • Follow company policies and industry best practices to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize laboratory efficiency.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in maintaining laboratory analyzers within the oil & gas industry.
  • Hands-on experience with PAC, Agilent GC, XRF, and other laboratory analyzer equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of applicable industry codes, policies, and safety regulations.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the analytical industry with expertise in laboratory analyzers used in the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for various lab equipment.
