Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel with 2-3 years of experience in a legal firm, specializing in corporate agreements and contracts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and mitigating legal risks.

Job Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), and Share Purchase Agreements (SPA).
Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders and support business decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all legal documentation and business practices.
Identify and minimize legal risks by maintaining high standards of legal review and analysis.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes to advise the company effectively.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years in a legal firm specializing in corporate agreements and contracts within UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
Licensed to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
Proven expertise in commercial agreements, including SHA and SPA. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Age: Below 40 years
