Job Brief:
We are seeking a Logistics Executive to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the front-line sales team with the necessary documentation, liaising with suppliers, managing customer orders, and coordinating deliveries. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in logistics and supply chain processes within the Water Treatment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the front-line sales team with required documentation such as Material Submittals, P&ID Diagrams, Layout Drawings, Method Statements, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Warranty Certificates, and other customer-required documents.
• Liaise with the procurement team or independently contact suppliers to obtain quotes or technical details required by the Sales Engineer.
• Process customer POs, prepare sales orders, and maintain electronic records in shared folders.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to update on material orders from various suppliers and keep the sales team informed of progress.
• Liaise with the engineering team for project orders and ensure smooth execution.
• Plan, organize, execute, and follow up on deliveries to customers, ensuring materials/services are delivered per agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with customers for approval of delivered items, when necessary.
• Process delivery notes and material receipts for invoicing.
• Conduct periodic stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
