Job Summary:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the logistics operations to ensure the timely release of purchase requests of all job files, the coordination of material availability, and arrivals, and the supervision of material preparation for both local and export customers. The role involves close collaboration with the procurement team and logistics coordinators to ensure smooth material handling and delivery processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all Purchase requests are released on time, and aligned with project requirements, after checking material availability and stock orders.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to track and confirm the purchase requests and arrival dates of materials.
  • Monitor and manage the release ETA to all customers after receiving orders and keep monitoring the material arrival with the procurement team.
  • Oversee and supervise the preparation of materials for dispatch after QC inspection, ensuring accuracy and compliance with order requirements.
  • Supervise the loading process with stores in charge for both local and export customers to ensure materials are dispatched according to schedule.
  • Ensure that each logistics coordinator shares estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates with the respective customers. And answer any customer inquiry in this regard.
  • Track and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to streamline material handling and dispatch processes.
  • Address any logistical issues that arise, providing timely solutions to avoid delays in material delivery.
  • Prepare and present logistics reports to the Supply Chain Director, outlining key performance metrics and improvement areas.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field prefer for Façade filed.
  • Aluminium & Glass Industry experience is mandatory.
  • Candidate should have experience in Logistics managing multiple projects (Mandate).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics and ERP software.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, and support customers.
  • Male candidates are required for this role.
