Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead our on-floor engineering team in ensuring seamless equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance within a manufacturing environment and excellent leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the on-floor engineering team to ensure equipment operationality.
Manage emergency and preventive maintenance, workshop operations, and inventory monitoring.
Prepare the annual maintenance budget and manage contractors.
Implement strategies to enhance plant reliability, safety, and performance.
Oversee technician training programs and support other departments with technical issues.
Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and audits.

Job Requirements:

Relevant engineering degree or technical qualification.
Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong command of the English language.
Age not exceeding 30 years.
Nationality: Emirati/UAE National.
Strong leadership and project management skills (desirable).
Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and cost control (desirable).
Expertise in preventive maintenance and equipment reliability (desirable).
