Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving mechanical systems and equipment used in the production of white cement. The role involves managing mechanical projects, ensuring equipment reliability, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Manage mechanical engineering projects and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain detailed records of mechanical activities, equipment performance, and project progress.
• Supported plant commissioning for material handling, raw mill (roll press), pyro section, and cement mill sections, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and ensure adherence to safety protocols for workers and equipment.
• Monitor equipment reliability, analyze failures, and implement measures to reduce downtime.
• Oversee the smooth functioning of mechanical equipment such as rollers, kilns, conveyors, and pumps.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians and fitters.
