Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive sales growth, and expand market share within the decorative and protective paint segments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong market insight, leadership capabilities, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing initiatives, support sales performance, and enhance brand positioning in the local market.
This role is based in Muscat, Oman, and reports directly to the General Manager. The Marketing Manager will also be part of the company's local management team and will play a key role in supporting business growth and market expansion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager to ensure strong brand positioning and product visibility in the local market.
  • Drive the execution of regional segment marketing plans locally to achieve growth objectives and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team by setting clear goals, providing guidance and coaching, and monitoring overall team performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing activities, including market research, product launches, advertising campaigns, and sales performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and product positioning to increase market share and improve overall profitability.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and oversee brand initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, exhibitions, and events to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business objectives and long-term strategic plans.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, including brand management and product marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven people management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a marketing team.
  • Ability to develop an ambitious yet realistic business vision and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities that contribute to business growth and profitability.
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and effectively communicate ideas and marketing plans.
  • Leadership capability to provide clear direction, inspire teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures and the ability to navigate internal processes effectively to achieve results.
  • Creative thinking and innovation with the ability to generate fresh ideas, challenge traditional approaches, and promote continuous improvement.
