Job Brief:
Our client in the MEP and HVAC industry is seeking a qualified MEP Engineer (HVAC) to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing HVAC project execution from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination across all stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results on time and within safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage HVAC site execution from planning to project handover.
  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure timely project delivery aligned with safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to maintain performance and productivity.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during execution.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on HVAC engineering experience in the UAE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and execution.
  • Proven leadership in managing site teams and subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of UAE-specific codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
