Job Summary:Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to staff.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Job Requirements:- Emirati/UAE National with a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
