Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to staff.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Emirati/UAE National with a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
