Job Brief:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Operations Coordinator with a strong background in parts and logistics supply coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of parts and logistics activities, addressing dealer concerns, managing reports, and coordinating shipments across the ME and Africa region.
Job Responsibilities:- Collect and verify SPI reports from dealers, ensuring the accuracy of submitted data.
- Maintain payment records, generate orders, and process shipment documentation for dispatch.
- Share invoice summaries and coordinate with dealers for shipment documentation.
- Liaise with system support teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Address dealer inquiries and concerns regarding parts and logistics operations.
- Handle the entire process from order receipt to shipment dispatch.
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including processing purchase orders, repairs, payments, and insurance warranty claims.
- Coordinate with warehouse 3PL, logistics 3PL, and other vendors for efficient operations.
- Manage dealer orders, backorders, shipments, claims, and payments, addressing concerns as needed.
- Prepare presentations and deliver insights during dealer conferences.
